I am fascinated with color theory as a subject for my paintings. I use my own interpretation of abstract images and nature to try and make my paintings interesting. I find inspiration in color theory, especially the way one color reacts with another. With painting, my goal is to find an intriguing composition and then use my imagination to create harmony with the colors on the canvas. My education includes working under renowned artists such as Wayne Thiebaud, Annabeth Rosen, and Mike Henderson.
